My professional background spans professional services and higher education, where I’ve worked across project management, research, employability and organisational operations.

 

In my current role, I work within a senior university environment, giving me a broad perspective on how a complex organisation operates and evolves. The role involves working with senior stakeholders, navigating competing priorities and handling sensitive and confidential information.

I've also run my own e-commerce business, so I understand first-hand the realities of managing the day-to-day demands of a small business while keeping sight of the bigger picture.

 

I bring those different perspectives together through SJ Operations — combining project and operational experience with a practical understanding of what it takes to keep work moving.
